Screen PrintingA screen print is produced using special inks which are printed onto clothing garments and then passed through a drying machine to cure the ink. This curing process is what makes the print durable and long lasting. A Screen print can be printed onto various clothing and textile garments. We can print small and large designs from one to ten colours and have a system that can reproduce photographic prints. EmbroideryEmbroidery is the preferred method of garment decoration for corporate clothing. Usually the logo is a small design featured on the front and/or sleeve of the garment. A design can also be put on the back. We can embroider up to 15 colours onto a variety of clothing and promotional garments. Thermal Heat TransferThermal heat transfer is the ideal process used for low volume runs. The design is produced on a computer, transferred to the cutter, and then automatically cut out onto a selected transfer material. This is then applied to the garment using a suitable heat press. This process is perfect for football kits, tracksuits etc where the individual's name and number is required. Photographic prints can also be reproduced onto T-shirts using this process, ideal for Hen & Stag parties. |
